Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

As all products are packed and shipped after quality inspection, all sales are considered final.

Please ensure you select the correct size, color, and shipping address before completing your purchase.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer

• Color preference

• Accidental orders

• Delayed delivery caused by courier partners

• Refusal to accept the delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during transit,

• Defective, or

• Different from what you ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of the package received

After verification, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or another suitable solution.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Promotional or discounted products

• Gift cards (if applicable)

• Products used, washed, or damaged after delivery
